I'm staying!!

So I didn't right a email last week. Honestly don't know why kkkkk. But the last 2 weeks went by sooooo fast. I'm getting transfered again already. I am actually staying in Êxodo!!!! I'm getting a brasillian comp that came the same time I did, soooo that's gonna be interesting. 

Last week we made 5 dates for baptisms! A family of 4 but one of them is a baby. They just need to come to church. The husband works on Sundays so it's hard. We have taught the wife 3 times. Kkkkkk but they are great and have been reading the book of Mormon. The others are a grandpa and his grandson. They both have been to church!! With no lessons!!! But we started teaching and he was supposed to get baptized yesterday but I haven't been in my area. He is great and has a lot of good questions.

The reason I'm not in my area.

So my mom (aka Elder violante) got transfered to being the secretary of houses. So he needed to get trained like 5 days before. So I've been with my old comp from the ctm Elder Carver!!!! It was light I see him every week in district meetings but never talk talk with him. His comp is chill just a little full of himself. But it's been a chill 4-5 days. Went out and worked with them it was awsome. 

But other than that the weeks were pretty good no big complaints from me. We went to the zoo last pday which was Tuesday because that was the day they let us go. It was so cool seeing all the different type of animals. There was a black panther, monkeys, Tigers, and more. It was also fun to see all the people on the Mish. 

Not much to say really the time has flown and I don't know where the days go!

If you know me you know I'm always down for anything. Anytime my comp says let's go somewhere or so sum I always say tá bom. Yall don't need a traslate you can use yalls heads. We have been workin these past couple weeks. I have been sweating soooo much. To yall serving missions in south Brazil. Luckkyyyyyy it's getting cold. It gets cool here. But never cold, I'm dying and somehow I'm still getting fatter. 

I've been slacking on the emails and need to do better. Next week kkkkkk!!

I do vlogs instead of writing because my handwriting is soooo bad. But I need to right 1 or 2 things that happened the day for the emails. 

Então again every week has been flying by. WE HIT THE GOAL FOR THE MISSION. Each dupla needs to baptize 3 people for June. We hit that and next week maybe 1 (MAYBE) big iffff. Suppose to be 2 but he didnt come to church so 2 more weeks. He wants the holy ghost because he didnt receive it by the laying on the hands or authority. But it was a good week for getting confirmed baptisms and church attendance. Yet no one came haha. 

Wednesday we had divisions again. I was with our zl Elder Steven's from Utah. It was a nice break to speak English. He is really cool. We talked about before the Mish and what we did and school and stuff. He also served in itaporanga like I did. So it was fun to talk about people he taught and members. Did member knocking.( contacting members). We didn't have very good luck. But we gave 2 blessings of health which was awsome. And a couple people to visit. We got acai during the day which was weird but good. Imma buy his pull-up bar off of him  

This week has been hard with português and understanding it. I mess up alot and my comp gets annoyed. And it's annoying cause then I don't wanna talk at all. He says it trauma learning. Nah its . I don't wanna talk to him cause I mess he gets annoyed. 

I also don't like that I mess up a sound of a letter in a word and the while sentence doesn't make sense not just the word. English you can change the sounds jokingly but you can still understand. Here nah everyone just gets annoyed . It makes the Mish less fun. But I'm learning a lot and understand almost everything. Just talking sucks. 

That's my lil rant about português. 

The mission is awsome going out and teaching and being a light in the street. But just talking everyday talk sucks. I can teach the gospel just not talk. Hahahaha 

But I pray everynight and morning for the gift of tongues. And it's not like I'm not learning at all just slow kkkkkkk.

A prayer in the middle of the road

 Haha forgot to email last week. We had a baptism of our friend adalberto. Always awsome to get to perform a baptism. We invited everyone we taught to come to church. GUESS WHAT no one came . 

This week flewwww by. I don't remember a lot. Been getting acai all the time. I try to get it everynight but sometimes it doesn't work. We stay grubbing and I fat again. around 190 which I was before the Mish. But that was wayyy more muscle. This is just fat haha! 

Last pday we chilled with the other missionaries of the other ward in our building. AKA AFUTITI. I mean he cool ig. Nah fr tho he a real one. Reminds me of home although he from Cali. We played dominoes and WAR. Oh how I missed war. What a great game. After we got some grub from the place beside our house and some ACAI. There is this like peanut m&m candy called sum doce I don't remember haha. But it's sooooo good in the acai. 

We had a lot of lessons fall through and a lot of time at the church to practice my Gethsemane playing. That's really all I remember of the week. 

We had another bap Sunday with another friend Messias. He is a family member of a member idk exactly. Sum about him being a brother but not a brother idk. But he is cool and I've been teaching him American handshakes. His brother baptized him which was cool for both because it was Flavios first baptism. Today for p day we went to get a chop. Still to this day the only people that can actually cut my hair good good is the Korean saloon down the street from my house. He had no idea how to attack my hair. But it turned our chill. I mean hair is hair it will grown back.

 Then we went to downtown manaus for Elder Violante's glasses. We met up with some member for lunch and we had some bomb sandwiches. They had banana, queijo, and tucuma. And I saw a little bit of the Rio Negro river which was cool. 

One crazy story I have happened saturday night. We were walking home from a lesson about 9:20. We are supposed to be at the house by 9. 9:30 if we are teaching a lesson. But we were almost home I could see the house. I look back and all of a sudden a car from the other side of the street starts heading towards so we were lime oh he needs to park on the side of the road. So we slowed down a little but kept walking. NO he goes to to grab my comps umbrella and starts talking about umbrella umbrella. Then says your a prophet aren't you, your a Prophet aren't you. My comp says no and they guy goes give me a blessing. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. So my comp says let's pray, and the guy says OK. So my como says a prayer for him. ME I'm looking around I mean we in the middle of the road with some guy in a car with his family. I ain't tryna get set up here aight. But yeah it was crazy.
